1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS
1.1. This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original purchaser.
1.2. The supplier shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
1.3. Excluded damages include, but are not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of commercial information.
1.4. The total aggregate liability of the supplier shall never exceed the actual purchase price paid for the individual defective product.
1.5. The supplier's authorized technical service center retains the sole and absolute right to determine the root cause of any defect.
1.6. The decision of the authorized service center regarding warranty validity, voidance, or rejection is final and legally binding.

2. ABSOLUTE WARRANTY VOIDANCE CONDITIONS
The warranty becomes entirely void, and no repair, replacement, or service will be provided under the following circumstances:
2.1. Absence of the original physical warranty certificate or official invoice, or the omission of the buyer's signature on said documents.
2.2. Any violation, non-compliance, or deviation from the official operating rules, maintenance schedules, and technical instructions of the product.
2.3. Use of the item for industrial, commercial, corporate, or professional purposes, or any deployment exceeding the manufacturing specifications.
2.4. Traces of unauthorized opening, unsealing, modification, self-performed repairs, or damage to the factory screws, seals, and holographic labels.
2.5. Any cosmetic or structural mechanical damages, including breakages, chips, cracks, bends, scratches, dents, or signs of impact.
2.6. Thermal damage, including traces of burning, scorching, melting, smoke exposure, or torn, fused, and shorted internal and external wiring.
2.7. Electrical faults or shorts caused by improper connectivity, unshielded networks, or peripheral connection ports [USB, LAN, HDMI, VGA, DVI, PS/2].
2.8. Ingress of foreign entities into the housing, including insects, pests, dust, dirt, moisture, water, coffee, tea, carbonated drinks, or chemicals.
2.9. Chemical, electrochemical, or electrostatic deterioration caused by substandard power grids, communication failures, or fluctuating voltage.
2.10. Gross negligence or violation of proper protocols during storage, handling, secondary transit, or relocation by the buyer.
2.11. The warranty completely excludes on-site service, home installation, mounting, fine-tuning, calibration, or home replacement of power modules.

3. EXCLUDED ITEMS AND CONSUMABLES
The limited warranty explicitly does not cover, and will not apply under any conditions to, the following accessory components:
3.1. Remote control units, batteries, internal or external power adapters, mains cables, and generic charging apparatuses.
3.2. Interface cables, hands-free headsets, physical antennas, headphones, microphones, and data storage media [CD, DVD, software discs, drivers].
3.3. Protective cases, carry straps, bags, retail boxes, and printed user documentation.
3.4. Refrigerator accessories, including air filters, deodorizers, internal bulbs, shelving units, baskets, and storage organization trays.
3.5. Microwave components, including glass turntables, rotating rings, internal spits, metal grates, and specialized dishes.
3.6. Vacuum cleaner parts, including extension hoses, tubes, motorized brushes, specialized nozzles, disposable dust bags, and HEPA filters.
3.7. Washing machine and dishwasher wear-and-tear parts, including inlet/drain filters, external hoses, and anti-vibration mounts.
3.8. HVAC components, including internal and external air filters for air conditioning units.
3.9. External cosmetic trim, structural housings, and aesthetic plastic panels.
3.10. Printer components, ink cartridges, toner, industrial fluids, lubricants, fragrances, and related disposable maintenance kits.
The limited warranty explicitly does not cover, and will not apply under any conditions to, the following accessory components:
3.1. Remote control units, batteries, internal or external power adapters, mains cables, and generic charging apparatuses.

3.7. Washing machine and dishwasher wear-and-tear parts, including inlet/drain filters, external hoses, and anti-vibration mounts.
3.8. HVAC components, including internal and external air filters for air conditioning units.
3.9. External cosmetic trim, structural housings, and aesthetic plastic panels.
3.10. Printer components, ink cartridges, toner, industrial fluids, lubricants, fragrances, and related disposable maintenance kits.
4. TECHNICAL DIAGNOSTICS AND CLAIM FULFILLMENT
4.1. Standard evaluation and initial diagnostics will be initiated within 7 [seven] business days to verify the reported system fault.
4.2. If a dispute or hidden electrical/mechanical failure arises during testing, the diagnostic period will automatically extend up to 14 [fourteen] business days.
4.3. If repair is deemed impossible by the service center, a replacement may be offered at the supplier's sole discretion, provided that:
4.3.1. The buyer surrenders the absolute complete retail kit, including original boxing, manuals, drivers, sub-cables, and packaging elements.
4.3.2. The structural integrity of the returned unit is flawless, showing zero superficial scratches, wear, or cosmetic degradation.
4.4. If the returned product kit is incomplete, missing accessories, or lacks factory packaging, the supplier will only perform a standard repair.
